    摘要:

    推动物流业绿色发展是实现社会经济可持续发展的重要抓手。运用超效率SBM(Slack-Based Measure)模型和GML(Global Malmquist-Luenberger)指数,从动静结合的角度对2013—2022年我国中部地区的物流业绿色效率进行测度,分析其动因和变化趋势,并选取4个观测期,利用ArcGIS软件绘制物流绿色效率空间分布图,深入分析中部地区物流绿色效率发展的空间变化规律。研究表明:(1)中部地区物流绿色效率总体呈缓慢波动增长趋势,其中安徽省效率值最高,省域间存在一定的差距;(2)中部地区物流业绿色全要素生产率主要受技术进步指数的影响,应注重提高绿色物流的技术水平;(3)物流绿色效率的空间集聚性较弱,高水平区域逐渐由南向北移动,区域间差异逐渐缩小。

    Abstract:

    Promoting the green development of the logistics industry is an important starting point for achieving sustainable social and economic development. Using the super-efficient SBM(Slack-Based Measure) model and GML(Global Malmquist-Luenberger) index, this paper measures the green efficiency of the logistics industry in central China from 2013 to 2022 from the perspective of dynamic and static combination, analyzes its motivation and change trend, selects four observation periods, and uses ArcGIS software to draw the spatial distribution map of green efficiency of logistics, and deeply analyzes the spatial change law of the development of logistics green efficiency in central China. The results show that: (1)The green efficiency of logistics in the central region generally shows a slow fluctuating growth trend, among which Anhui Province has the highest efficiency value, and there is a certain gap between provinces. (2)The green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in the central region is mainly affected by the technological progress index, and the attention should be paid to improving the technical level of green logistics. (3)The spatial agglomeration of logistics green efficiency is weak, and the high-level areas gradually move from south to north, and the differences between regions are gradually narrowed.
