    摘要:

    把握重要流域耕地压力状况,旨在为地区耕地可持续利用、保障粮食安全提供依据。选取四川安宁河流域为研究区,综合运用耕地压力指数、泰尔指数等方法识别2001-2021年安宁河流域耕地压力空间分异特征,并构建多元回归模型探究其影响因素。结果表明:(1)2021年安宁河流域耕地面积占比与粮食产量占比具有正向关联,但耕地面积占比与粮食单产不具有同步性;(2)2001-2021年安宁河流域耕地压力指数总体有所增加且处于临界压力水平,各区县耕地压力分化程度逐渐增大,耕地压力状态的区县差异较大,呈现出攀枝花段区县变化小、凉山州段区县变化大的空间格局;(3)2001-2021年安宁河流域耕地压力泰尔指数总体呈波动上升趋势且空间分布区县差异增大,其中攀枝花段区县耕地压力增大但整体差异变小、凉山州段具有压力状态的区县数量增多但整体差异较大;(4)在影响耕地压力的社会经济因子中,地区生产总值和农机总动力对安宁河流域及其不同流域段耕地压力具有显著正相关,粮食单产和农村居民人均纯收入具有显著负相关,且不同流域段具有差异。综上,为推进安宁河流域耕地可持续利用,提出强化流域耕地保护主体职责、加大流域耕地执法监管力度、建立流域耕地保护协调联动机制的对策建议。

    Abstract:

    To grasp the cultivated land pressure in important river basins is to provide the basis for the sustainable use of cultivated land and the guarantee of food security. The Anning River Basin in Sichuan Province was selected as the study area, and the spatial differentiation characteristics of cultivated land pressure in the Anning River Basin during 2001-2021 were identified by using the methods of cultivated land pressure index and Theil index, and a multiple linear regression model was constructed to explore its influencing factors. Results show: (1)The proportion of cultivated land area in Anning River Basin in 2021 is positively correlated with the proportion of grain production, but the proportion of cultivated land area is not synchronized with the grain yield per unit area. (2)From 2001 to 2021, cultivated land pressure index in the Anning River Basin generally increased and was at a critical pressure level, the differentiation degree of cultivated land pressure increased gradually in each district and county. Meanwhile, the state of cultivated land pressure varied greatly among districts and counties, and showed a spatial pattern with small changes in the Panzhihua section and large changes in the Liangshanzhou section. (3)From 2001 to 2021, the Thiel index of cultivated land pressure in the Anning River Basin showed a fluctuating upward trend in general, and the difference of spatial distribution between counties and regions increased. Among them, the cultivated land pressure increased but the overall difference decreased in Panzhihua section, while the number of counties under pressure increased but the overall difference was large in Liangshanzhou section. (4)Among the social and economic factors affecting cultivated land pressure, regional gross domestic product and total power of agricultural machinery had significant positive correlation to cultivated land pressure in Anning River Basin and its different basin sections, while grain yield per unit area and per capita net income of rural residents had significant negative correlation, and there were differences among different basin sections. In summary, in order to promote the sustainable use of cultivated land in the Anning River Basin, suggestions were put forward to strengthen the main responsibilities of cultivated land protection, the law enforcement and supervision of cultivated land, and establish a coordinated mechanism for cultivated land protection.
