    摘要:

    目的 为解决医学院学生从事病理学专业意愿较低、职业素养和临床思维能力不足的教学痛点。方法 以成都医学院病理学课程为例,瞄准“新医科”和“健康中国”战略对临床医学人才培养的需求,在课程教学中融入思政元素,构建“三融合、三视角、三协同和三结合”的课程思政教学创新体系,使专业与思政同频共振。结果 培养了学生家国情怀、医者精神、共情能力和医患沟通能力,促进了学生精准诊疗能力的培养,实现了从理论到实践、从基础到临床、从单一知识传授到实践能力和职业素养的养成,提升了学生团队协作、沟通交流能力、临床思维、医者精神和创新实践能力。结论 上述课程思政教学创新体系能够有效提升学生病理学专业意愿、职业素养和临床思维能力。

    Abstract:

    Objective In order to solve the difficult teaching points of medical students'' low willingness to engage in pathology, lack of professional quality and clinical thinking ability.Method Taking the pathology course of Chengdu Medical College as an example, aiming at the needs of the "new medical science" and "Healthy China" strategies for the training of clinical medical talents, ideological and political elements are integrated into the course teaching, and a curriculum system of ideological and political teaching innovation, "three integration, three perspectives, three coordination and three combination", is built so that the major and the ideological and political education resonance.Result It has cultivated students'' national feelings, medical spirit, empathy ability and doctor-patient communication ability, promoted the cultivation of students'' precision diagnosis and treatment ability, realized the cultivation from theory to practice, from basic to clinical, from single knowledge to practical ability and professional quality, and improved students'' teamwork, communication ability, clinical thinking, medical spirit and innovative practice ability.Conclusion The above curriculum system of ideological and political teaching innovation can effectively improve students'' professional willingness, professional quality and clinical thinking ability in pathology.
